I've run every single fix listed anywhere about freeze issues, and no matter what I do ... I always freeze upon entering Nellis after the initial departure. It does not matter what level I am in the game. It only freezes when I 'Quick Travel' to Nellis, and show up at the front gate. A few seconds later .... I'm frozen and have to manually reset my PC. 'Control +Alt +Delete' doesn't work, nor does 'Alt +Tab'. I'm literally frozen with the artillery firing in the background. That's all I hear is the artillery looping. Any suggestions?

I'm going to reinstall FO:NV, and need to save my 'Saved Games' before I remove the game entirely. I've played the game 4 times through with different mods, and the mods are all intertwining at this point. I want to do a fresh install, and pick-up where I left off in the last campaign. How do I do that? Also ... I have FOMM Installed. Do I need to remove / reinstall it as well? Thanks in advance.
