[Pipboy Background never changes]

Any attempt of help is fine. I try installing a pinup as a background for my pipboy. It worked a couple days then I added a couple more mods then my pipboy background turned into a stock image I assume.

 

I try installing any other pipboy mods that can overwrite this but nothing changes.

 

I even tried uninstalling a couple mods i installed before and after i installed the pipboy mod and nothing changes.

 

After some researched I thought NMM changed some preferences but my Fallout4Custom ini still shows

Can anyone help?

[character presets and stuff]

If possible I'd like to get a character preset of princess peach, or some of the overwatch female heroes. I know the preset won't have the hair and outfit so maybe add hair and outfits mods?

[Request Sniper Rifle Mod]

Any modders out there that would make a mod that can make quick scoping a bit more... cooler? i guess? I was a cod fag maybe something similar to that. not only that i'd like a Tracer type mod, like a line of smoke or configurable to colors after each shot. Sorry if you don't know what I'm talking about I'm really bad at explaining things

I have a few

 

1) defending settlement

2) Warzones (Like skyrim but with guns -ign)

3) more weapons, mods, and armor.

4) bigger build size for settlements

5) more quest with story line

6) new land

 

That's all I can think of.

Not sure if there is a mod out there but I haven't seen it.

 

I'd like to see a change in the way the bandits attack your settlements, I was thinking of having a "defended 10%" on there like the mission where you defend the castle from the institute, but instead of coursers and stuff, maybe put in some legendary bandits. Have more bandits attack, make it a bit difficult, Have bandits raid and destroy (optional), Make it a real survival.
