It was announced from the very start that Wasteland 2 would have turn based combat and people paid almost three million $ for it, so..
The game looks ace, probably the best 50$ I ever spent.

Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. The graphics look a bit dated according to today's standards but I actually think it adds to the game's general feeling and atmosphere.

Your texture needs to be in .dds format (DXT1 will suffice), named main_background.dds and 1024x512 pixels in size, other sizes might work but start with the dimensions suggested. Place your texture in the Data folder and use some form of archive invalidation to get your texture to appear in-game. The folder structure should look like this
your new vegas install folder\Data\textures\interface\main\

You're right, though, that were-bears and were-cats and were-anything seems like it would pretty much be exactly the same as were-wolves. Changing the animal doesn't really change the mechanic very much.
The solution: a sea-themed dlc with weresharks.

You're kind of stretching it if you're saying that Fallout was built directly from Wasteland and Brian Fargo had nothing to do with Planescape: Torment.

Lol right Chris Avellone and Tim Cain can't make games, it's not like they were involved in the making of a couple of the greatest RPGs of all time or anything like that.
