    as far as I know there's no nifscripts for skyrim out yet.

    and wait for news.

     

    creation kit seems to be bound for a january release, let's see if blender will be ready for that time.

     

    stick to blender 2.49 if you want to mod for oblivion / fallout.

    Korana has kindly given permission to convert her Acolyte of Kynareth outfit, and that's what I've been doing in the past days.

    I'm almost there, Rowanleeves is helping me again and hopefully we'll release within this week.

    I noticed some posts above that you are making a Dark Seducer / Golden Saint overhaul. That is a very good idea. I imagine the biggest challenge with that is to separate the skirt from the top in a way that still looks good.

     

     

    It has been indeed, but we (me and Rowanleeves) managed to do the separation; Of course it is up to everyone's taste to decide if it still looks good... We're "polishing" and making the final tests but the mod should be out within short. Rowanleeves added also a pants alternative to the skirts. (not taken from your latest upload ;-) )

    I guess I'm a bit of an interloper, but...

     

    I'm currently trying to pull together a set of body mods to put "proper" feet onto Khajiit bodies in the game. As party of this, we're aiming to include the BAB body as one of the options for the Khajiit race (my preferred look for a feline - slim and fit), even if it's not used for the other bodies in the game (and, yes, that DOES work. DrakeTheDragon has already done that option in his scripted Argonian feet setup).

     

    As part of this, are there any BAB using Kahjiit fans who can tell me which body textures they use, and whether they are good/bad/awful - and if there's someone who can do foot mesh modelling and can help us get the feet connected to the legs correctly for BAB (and other body mods) so much the better.

     

    There will also be a need for mesh replacement sets for all of the default game clothing and armor, and ideally all of the major mods (OOO/MMM/Frans), so any resource links would also be very useful (again, these are used on a racial basis).

    If I remember correctly the body textures I have now for Kahjiit are awful, but I'll doublecheck and give you details anyhow.

    regarding the feet, that is interesting: I've been asket to take Coronera / Robert Female feet and attach them to the BAB body, But I couldn't do a perfectly seamless job so far. I've asked advice to the author of TGND who wrote something about it, but she didn't reply- I guess I'm at the same stage as you for now.

    update:

     

    I'm working together with Rowanleeves to a big overhaul of Dark Seducer / Golden Saint in the pauldron-less version requested by Zarrastro;

     

    We're editing the meshes to to allow people to wear the single pieces (boots, top and skirt) separately, and without affecting the NPCs so the SI guards will keep the original Full armor .

     

    Plus, Rowanleeves is creating a wearable Pants alternative to the skirts, both for DS and GS.

     

    second in the schedule a conversion of a couple of Kimonos

    third the conversion of Korana's Acolyte of Kynareth; I just received permission to proceed.

     

    I'm not giving an ETA on this cos I'm gonna be busy next week for "real life quests".

    Sorry, I didn't mean to post a second time, now I can't delete it. If I recall correctly, the character that wears it in the mod wears the greaves version at one point and just the short skirt later on, I wouldn't mind having variants of both (I don't use the long skirts at all).

     

     

    I remember that quest-mod, I played it some time ago. I should still have the source codes somewhere.

    if there is no credit problem I'll proceed.

     

     

    second issue: I think the underwear you found on bab is the default

     

    update for the thread:

     

    now converting Ryk Sorceress Armor ( original version for UFF ). it's 80% completed but I'm stuck on a component particularly hard to convert. If I don't manage to convert it I'll replace it with something else. Expected release within this week.

    Fantastic. I had a heck of a time purging the game of the original mod so I could add the BAB version, but it was so worth it, this is one of my favorite armor sets, especially due to the many different pieces to the set (enchanted panties, anyone?). I only wish someone would release the green version as seen in Heart of the Dead.

     

     

    point me to a picture of this green version, I make no promises but maybe....

    This is awesome. I've been waiting for this since playing Heart of the Dead and seeing it as an unobtainable armor.

     

    Looks hot on my female thief. I really had to work for it, though, she's staying at level 1 with minimal fighting skills. Is it normal for the icons to look like jumbled colors? The items themselves work fine.

     

     

     

    garbled icons sometimes happen to me too; it is a misconfiguration of the normalmaps in the DDS graphic files of the icons themselves. this can be solved however I don't understand what icons you are referring to; are those of Underworld/sonja armor or what? pls note that Ice blood is NOT released for bab, I've posted the link to the original for UFF. I'm still working on the conversion!

    Weird as it may sound, I feel like I'm discriminated against for not liking enormous breasts. With all the main focus on mods that provide bigger and bouncier boobs, I feel like I'm the freak preferring the grade A and B's. Thank goodness I was able to find BAB, nobody usually recommends it.

     

    nobody recommends bab because it is old. in this line of "business" the newer the better.

    bab was the second model coming out (after Eshme's if I'm not mistaken) so it is some 4 yrs old. many reckon (mistakenly) that since it is old the newer ones are better.

     

    it takes a modder that can go deeper and "see it from within" to say that it is technically a masterpiece. I don't care about big or small boobs, that is personal tastes, but Bab is really well made.

     

    that's only my humble opinion of course.

    just to keep the thread alive,

     

    Zarrastro has suggested some new conversions that I'm going to try... just now I'm still fighting to make the whole modder's stuff working on my damn new windows 7 64bit, but in the next days I'll post some update.
