Well no of course it wouldnt make them realize what the issue is, but it might make them realize that people don't really give a f*#@ if they know or not unless they actually start to try and resolve it permanently, cause it really seems like they don't care enough. A simple "we are working on it" would be lovely How are they supposed to resolve it permanently without knowing the cause? Are they even trying to find the cause, and how hard are they trying? Cause it doesn't seem like hard enough. This bites into their profits; you'd think they'd have a bit more haste

Issue has been around for years with hundreds complaining. The only reason the staff responded immediately here was because there were quite a few more complaining all over before this thread. Ive seen maybe 3 staff posts acknowledging it, and no genuine help has been given. The more people that say that they are experiencing the same issue, the more the staff realize they need to get on this, especially premium users so they see their profits are at stake. Every response helps. Christ, just look how many people hopped on this when I brought it up an hour ago.

I havent been on nexus in a while. Today, I go on, purchase premium, redownload vortex, and have the same issue. No ad block, no vpn. Tried on google, edge, and opera. I havent changed the settings on anything but opera, and havent even ever used edge or google. Im sorry man, but I bought premium just for this specific collection. I understand if you're just the messenger, but this is biting into your profits, even if not significantly. If there are steps I can take to resolve this, please list them. If this is on your end, there are probably hundreds of us that would really appreciate it if this was your top priority.
