I've come across a strange bug where whenever I try to either edit my character in RaceMenu or make a whole new character their face turns black. Not like pitch black like I've seen other people have had issues with but redguard-black. Do anyone of you now a way I can fix this? [sOLVED] Hello guys. I was wondering if you can tell me if these bards are part of Vanilla or a mod? Only this group seems to get black face bug and I can't pinpoint the problem. Perhaps some of you will know what's going on or have some tips on how to get to the bottom of this. Thank you. [uPDATE] I have found the mod that does this. It's Become High King of Skyrim SE ported version https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2152 I went through Google, found a solution to black face bug through CK, which addresses NPCs individually. There are possibly hundreds of NPCs listed under Actor category in that mod and not all of them are affected. I believe only NPCs that are added by this mod are affected but I don't know how to defer them, except of a few named Vanilla characters like Ysolda, it's all a blur. Can someone tell me how I can fix this mod?

Hello, So ive been trying to disable and enable mods on here but whatever i tried the black face bug persists, and also the armor replacer stopped working, if anyone has any idea why id be happy to hear about it i always do FNIS and LOOT before start up so neither are missing. i also removed some mods with no success but i have about 147 mods in my list right now Thanks for your time.

Within the Solstice Castle mod I wanted to change a NPC from male to female (as an exercise to practice the Creation Kit), and through Creation Kit I've pulled off all the necessary changes and even added KS hair onto the NPC - but now when I enter the game the NPC has a black face. I've already done the Ctrl+F4 on the specific NPC in the Creation Kit, but to no avail. I've even tried to temporarily change the name of the solsticecastle.esm folder so that Creation Kit needs to generate a new folder with new facegen/tint data. Those files I then pasted to the original folder, overwriting the old facegen data. But again, the black face bug remains. Any suggestions please? I'd love to tackle this black face thing once and for all.
