Need Help Starting a Working New Game

So I'm at my wits end, I'm using really popular mods, among mods 99% of everyone around say should be used for a flawless game experience but I cannot get into a new game no matter what I try.
So I have been try for the past 2 days to get a new game started that works, I started first with ONLY SKSE, RaceCompatibility, Ningheim Race, and the Unofficial patches, I kept getting a CTD right after you jump out of the tower and meet up with hagvar for the first time. So I removed the unofficial patches, and I made it past the point where I was CTD'ing got out of helgen, went to riverwood, installed aMidianborn texture mods and some of what you is listed in the mod list, did some the local missions in riverwood, installed all the mods listed EXCEPT the Unoffical patches,did bleak falls, went to whiterun, talked to people, did a couple of side missions, got missions from everyone I could in whiterun, then right after I fight the dragon for jarl balgrof BAM CTD upon entering whiterun and there were a bunch of fxdust and lvlpred issues so I decided to put the Unofficial patches back in which made things worse. So, I started a new game again with all the mods listed below and it just keeps CTD'ing randomly through helgen. I dont know what to do, Ningheim race requires SKSE and Race Compatibility and you need to start as Ningheim, you can't just start as a vanila race and the switch or it causes issues with vampire and werewolves. Any and all help is appreciated and needed. Thank you.

 

I've included my BOSS log, mod list/load order, and my papyrus. Also, all files that needed cleaning I cleaned with tes5edit

I am running Win7Pro64, 12GB of Ram, 120GB SSD, and Geforce GT675M 2GB GFX card Memory usage was only at 1300+mb upon the CTD so its not caused by VRAM.

Ningheim has no issues in Helgen, neighter do the unofficial patches, SKSE, etc. Lot of mods have issues with Helgen tho...

I'd always advise to only keep stuff active in helgen that must be active from game start... and after helgen make a game-save, exit, activate the rest, open game, make a new save again where everything is active... play.

Would also be advised to activate all the unofficial patches from start

Relighting Skyrim I have no experience with, but the load order seems odd only listing patches and DLCs, and in an order that doesnt make sense to me... now that I downloaded the mod to check... you dont have the main file installed at all, only the patches... you might want to look into that, it can (will) cause issues.

Other stuff seems fine to run from game start....

 

 

EDIT: About this relighting Skyrim thing... you have patches (OLSE) installed for stuff you dont have... dunno... any reason behind it?

I do have the main file, the no scripts version is an optional main file and those are ordered as per the mod authors specs. BOSS puts 4 of them above the Unofficial patches and 2 it does not recognize, so I moved them just under and put them in the order listed by author.

The mod was originally 2 seperate mods, the current author had made some changes and another author had made different changes so they start colaborating and each doing seperate changes, as far as I thought, and I could be wrong, OLSE is just a file of changes different changes not made by the relighting skyrim author.

OLSE was my first lightning mod I released for Skyrim and it cover places that is not covered by RS from NovakDalton and RS - Update.

In that case I do not see problems in your load order or mods that causes that frequent CTDs. Its just textures, armors, some animations

 

Have you by any chance changed anything in the skyrim ini files? what hardware do you run on? any other mods installed that are not in your load order?

nothing changed in the skyrim.ini, and my hardware is listed in my first post. Only other mods are some textures for clutter items and galaxy/stars textures, and a new sun and sunglare. My mod list is minimal from lists ive seen people post that claim to be working fine.

So I removed some of the mods, still getting a CTD during the initial dragon scenes or upon entering the helgen keep door.
I should mention I cleaned the main files that BOSS said need cleaning, should I delete them and redownload?
I don't know what to do the only way I can get passed this issue is removing the unofficial patches which I do not want to do....newest info posted below.

The first thing is that you should avoid uninstalling script mods (including UKSP) and install them back in the middle of a playthrough. In other words, don't disable script mods just to get past certain areas (and making new saves without those mods installed), because that's a recipe for disaster.

 

Are you using FNIS (you didn't mention)? Aside from aMidianborn's texture replacers, are you using any other texture replacers that do not come with plugins?

Sorry, I do use FNIS and I ran the generate tool after installing my animations. The only textures aside from aMidian are Skyrim HD Lite Towns & Misc. I never used something and then saved then removed then used the same save, I cannot get past the those points though with the unofficial patches, and if I remove and get through them, when I add the patches outside of helgen cave exit I CTD with lvlpred and fxdust issues.

Did you get any error messages after you ran FNIS?

What is your system spec and OS?

Have you made any edits to your game ini files?

You cleaned Skyrim.esm and so on ? You had CTD also before cleaning using the same mods ?

In all honesty I would try and return the official files back to originals. So many times I see people fighting troubles after cleaning those files (automatic cleaning options in tes5edit...). The files are working fine...

 

Perhaps you can give it a go and rename your cleaned files to .backup and have steam replace them with originals.
