Needing some advice.

I am having problem deciding which mods to keep and which mods to get rid of, I guess I'm asking which mod would get me more bang for the buck with little performance hit or if certain mods do the same thing as another mod...BTW this is about adding NPC's.

This is what I have currently installed and any other suggestions would be welcome

Population Skyrim Hell Edition

Immersive College NPC's

Better Vampires NPC's

Genesis Unleashed Unleveled - Dungeon Spawns and Encounters - Genesis Unleashed

 

I'm thinking of replacing all these mods with "Ultimate Deadly Encounters and Spawns" or could I get rid of one, two or three with this one mod.

 

Again, any input would be helpful, oh yeah, I should mention I'm trying to stay as close to lore friendly as possible.
