Help!: "Textures.bsa is not a valid Win32 application"

I've F03 Archive Utility as the .bsa file opener but I just can't open the textures.bsa file directly and keep getting that stupid message above whenever I try to open it. I only can see it when I open my f03 archive utility program. I'm trying to replace files in my fallout textures.bsa file as I'm trying to get the some mods to work. Some mods are simply used by renaming and replacing old files in the textures.bsa. Help will be much appreciated. Please.
