Springvale is like the miniature version of the real life location of Vault 101, but really... only 6 building and a mini-quest? Expand it. more buildings in a row more quests, people, ETC. The roads don't connect. Look at New Vegas. At least that had connecting roads in Downtown Vegas (Freeside).
