chainwrath Posted February 3, 2009 Posted February 3, 2009 Hi guysI have waited for some cool mods to be made before even trying the vannila game and right now I am loving it, apart from wastland player some new texstures I am using the last XFO Standalone for overaul balance. Everything was going well until I noticed this: When I have extreme thirst no matter how much mater I have, o colas or wathever (I know alchool increases thirst) it does not go away! I reloaded a previus game and when I am just a bit thirsty it works ok, 2 or 3 drinks and that´s it. I have just spent 8 hours sleeping and drank, I don´t know, 20 times from the river and I am still thirsy! Any ideias?Thanks

I loaded one of my older save games, when I was not extremely thirsty, and everything worked fine, but in my latest save I am extremly thirsty and nothing is helping. Also, Nuka-Colas dont decrease your thirst level, only water. But even if I drink four bottles of purified water, nothing is changing...
Polcsi Posted February 4, 2009 Posted February 4, 2009 FINALLY!!! I fixed the problem with the extreme thirst! I needed to drink water around 20 times to decrease my thirst level to Great Thirst. It is working, you just need to drink a LOT OF WATER!

I think that this is a problem that needs to be fixed.
chainwrath Posted February 4, 2009 Author Posted February 4, 2009 This sooo irritating, I tried to drink with as much as I could but I cannot decrease my thirst level! :wallbash: I am seriously considering using seprates files (instead of the standalone) and skip the hunger_thirst file, but it is a shame, I would like it to work!
