For the life of me i cant fix this brownface bug

-SOLVED-

random npcs spawn with brown faces that dont match their body skin. it doesnt effect my PC. ive tried looking to see if its a specific mod but i cant seem to figure out which one. i tried regenerating all the npc faces in the creation kit. i tried the setnpcweight thing too. nothing seems to be working. ill post my load order below.

In the future do testruns whenever you are installing a few new mods. Don't install 100 mods and then test. Do at most 5 at a time that way it is easy to pinpoint which mod is the problem.

i did, this problem didnt appear until my second playthrough using these mods
