I'm doing this by creating separate containers for each set of items I want to display independently and then using dialog options to dump the contents of one of the containers into his main vendor container, and then moving them back. However, no matter which I choose, it will always show that stupid container of chlorine in the list (which is not even in his normal merchant container, nor any of the leveled lists in his merchant container, only his personal inventory. What would be causing this? Would having a container set as "persistent reference" have any relation? Even vanilla it seems to add the chlorine to his merchant container, despite it not being reference in the container anywhere. I noticed something similar when I made Orion a merchant and random items from his house and his personal inventory would pop up in the barter menu, and I'm not sure why that is either.
