Companions keep weapons drawn

Companions look a lot cooler when they're carrying their weapons around, and they're always walking around in dangerous territory without their weapons in hand. I only see them carrying their weapons when they're fighting, or an enemy is really close by.

I did use a mod that had NPCs always carrying around the big guns that come with backpacks (like miniguns and flamers), but it also added lots of other weird stuff I didn't want so I couldn't keep it. Also, it didn't work on people with small guns or rocket launchers.

 

Can somebody make a mod that has companions (or all NPCs if it's necessary) carry around their weapons in their hands, instead of holstering them? Especially the bigger guns like miniguns. And if possible, just have the weapons drawn outside, not in town.

 

It'd be great if a similar mod already existed.

I second this! NPCS do look alot cooler when they have there weapons out in dangerous territory, just like the bands of outcast patrolling the wastelands. I hope someone does this!

So that is to say, a mod does not exist that will do that.

I was using the enclave commander mod, and all of the enclave soldiers that got made would hold their weapons all the time.
