melchior1
I've hardly ever used companions in my fallout 3 experience and when I have I've only used 1 at a timeso I don't know very much about this topic and have a couple questions1. are mod added followers affected by the follower limit or just the vanilla ones?2. I know there are exploits to get like 6 of the vanilla followers at once but I'm more interested in changing the base value using the geck. I've skimmed through some tutorials and the geck itself but have so far had 0 luck in finding this value. Is changing this value possible? and if so where the hell is it? Nick2kman
1 the only limit is the speed of your computer to how many Followers you can have. you can have as many followers as your computer can generate and as many as you want, there are diffent ways to add followers to the game even if you have not changed the Followers script. 2 Lol the "base value" are you talking about the srcipt or the Stats ill asume the stats of the NPC Follower is in the NPC Actor aera of the Geck. And Ya its possible to change the base value. The dialogue is conected to the SCriptquest bone, the scriptquest bone is conected to the followerNPC. the follower is conected to the formid, the formid is conected to the other, followers and that the way Vanilia, runs. But you can make it so it run that way Or any other other way you can get a NPC to Follow, or fight with you.
melchior1
so theres not really a limit, the vanilla followers are just lame? I was just wondering because in fallout 2 there was a limit to the amount of followers you could have (probably in fallout also but I never attempted to go over 3) and a perk that let you increase that limit
