Animated Tabaxi Ears

The title really says it all.

 

All I'd like to do is to use animations similar to those used in (eg) Epic Lop Eared Elves with a cat-like race like the Tabaxi, or Ohmes-Raht.

 

The animations seem to be linked to the movement of the eyes (or, in other mods, eyelids), so I imagine it's a fairly simple job, but I'd have absolutely no idea how to go about it. Any help would be appreciated!
