CTD on reloading a save

Skyrim SE CTD whenever I try to reload a save(including quicksaves, autosaves, manual).

CTD occurs at multiple places both inside and outside.

CTD occured when reloading at the following areas:

i. Inside College of Winterhold.

ii. Ilinalta's Deep. (one of the auto saves after sleeping worked here, manual save didn't)

iii. Outside Solitude( past the docks)

iv. Solitude

v. The Winking Skeever.(I tried autosaving after sleeping here, didn't work)

I have tried the following:

i. Cleaning the save file using Fallrimtools.

ii. Sorting the modlist using LOOT.

iii. Reinstalling SKSE64.

I use MO2 as a mod manager.
