Will this run Skyrim while heavily modded?

just wondering if this specs run skyrim at 1080p high or ultra settings with heavy mods and enb?

 

and how many fps do i get?

Yes, it should. However choose your poison wisely i mean enb lol and try to avoid putting heavy script load on game. Bye

Remember that Skyrim can only use 4mb of vram so do not use a lot of texture mods. It does not matter how many gigs your GPU has Skyrim is only capable of using 4 of them.

Such limitation has already been lifted in special edition (64bit) and OP is probably going to use it. Moreover i believe his gpu has only 4gb vram (4096), enb is going to utilise only that much provided if auto detection of video memory size has been set to true in enblocal.ini or manually set to available vram size instead.
