It does not matter how many gigs your GPU has Skyrim is only capable of using 4 of them.Such limitation has already been lifted in special edition (64bit) and OP is probably going to use it. Moreover i believe his gpu has only 4gb vram (4096), enb is going to utilise only that much provided if auto detection of video memory size has been set to true in enblocal.ini or manually set to available vram size instead.
