Leveled Enemy trouble

This is my first mod, and i'm almost finished with my first dungeon, the trouble I'm having is that when using levled mobs they will not attack the player. Instead they will "enter combat" and pace around, but not actually attack, the best I've gotten is one attacked once and then stopped. No idea why they are doing this.
