possible playable zetan/alien race?

hello ^-^/

 

for a little while now turtle has been learning how to mod games, its been really fun (grew up the longest on console fallout 3)

 

turtle really enjoys the playable race mods, most notably the super mutant race mod, the robot race mod, and the ghoul race mod (all made ny the same guy). turtle loves how they have their own buffs, debuffs and unique perks.

 

turtle has been looking around for a long while now but cant find a playable zetan mod ;-;

 

turtle hopes a mod gets made one day, if it helps turtle even thought of some perks exclusive to the zetan to make them enjoyable to play:

racial bonuses: +2 to Int, -1 to End, -2 to Cha, energy weapons deal 15% extra damage

 

exclusive traits: charming extraterrestrial (+2 to cha, all humans are friendly/not hostile, you do dick for damage)

destroy all humans(vilified by all factions, all humans want you dead, super mutants are friendly/not hostile, 30% extra damage with energy weapons)

 

exclusive perks: zetan technology (2 ranks) (rank 1 you get a jetpack that triples your jump height and reduces fall damage) (rank 2 you get a shield that prevents 15 points worth of damage from range attacks)

probin time (1 rank) (when you do a sneak attack from behind with a melee, your enemies legs automatically cripple and suffer 5 points of bleed damage for 10 seconds)

zetans empire (1 rank) (requires wild wasteland) (the zetan empire comes to aid you) (zetans are friendly to you, can become companions and give a alien blaster and 300 ammo) (+60 every day)

primitive technology (2 ranks) (rank 1 you automatically pass very easy and easy terminal hacks) (rank 2 you automatically pass average terminals hacks)
