Sacrosant Feed messagebox issue

No idea if this is related to Sacrosant but i encountered one nasty thing that keeps me from playing as vampire normally. From time to time when i try to speak with sleeping person (no sneaking), i get messagebox appearing with only options of feeding (feed, drain or embrace). There no talk option present, so all i can do is to feed on person in order to close messagebox. This causes them to wake up, initiate dialog and then discover that iam feeding on them. Kinda awkward, isn't it? This happens with vampire characters too, where i have only option to drain them (happend with Sybille Stentor, good thing she is immortal and cannot be drained). Also sometimes when sneaking and trying to feed, you are starting pickpocket and feed at the same time (you got your standart pickpocket menu with feeding messagebox). Have anyone else encountered that? If there is a way to fix it without touching the modlist?

I have the exact same issue!
In my case, I discovered it in the Falkreath longhouse, Sidgeir only had feeding options, but his steward had the talk option just fine, I also happen to have Sacrosanct...
