Walking through Solid Terrain

Hey Skyrim community, I'm having an issue (I've never had to post on a forum, but it's getting out of hand lol). So, ever since I downloaded the new Diamond body mod for cbbe, I've been having all kinds of issues. It started with the running out of memory error that makes you ctd, then I removed Noble Skyrim in order to relieve pressure on the game. Now, (even when deleting all saves and starting fresh) I get this strange bug where if I'm out in the world the terrain will become paperlike (trees, etc) and I can walk through mountains and such. Also, If I come upon anything like an imperial camp or dungeon, it will literally be invisible, and obviously, unable to be interacted with. Any advice on what I may have done wrong would be very helpful. Thanks for reading.
