LE Snow landing on player character mod

i know theres already a mod out there for this, but i cant remember what it is called, would appreciate it very much if someone could possibly link me to it?

 

 

 

if you dont know what im on about,

as you are walking along and snow is falling, snow appears to cover your player, and slowly builds up on you, i think it does it to buildings also i cant remember.

It'd be either Get Snowy or Wet & Cold.

Get Snowy just adds the snow shader on player & NPCs, whereas W&C has NPC reactions to rain & snow as well as the shader
