idzuno314 Posted May 20, 2021 Share Posted May 20, 2021 I'm trying to get an object (a lantern, in this case) to not cast shadows. It looks fine in the CK, but in-game it still casts shadows, even though I set the mesh to not cast shadows via nifskope (unticked the Cast_Shadows box in BSLightingShaderProperty). The only way I've found to get it to not cast shadows is to untick the double-sided option, but that makes the mesh look... weird. Ideally I'd like to be able to see the 'interior' of the lantern through the glass, without the metal parts casting shadows and darkening up my rooms.
