SSE Spawn NecroRace

so basically this mod im writing about is basically a mod that is seen on steam for the oldrim skyrim game for pc its called the Spawn Necrorace and i was wondering if any mod creator would be able to look it up and get the permission of the mod owner to import it here for skyrim se or at least make a skyrim se mod for the Spawn necrorace thats based on todd mcfarlanes spawn as Spawn is very well loved and favorited by millions of gamers and comic fans. what im actually looking for is basically having the spawn character as a race and not as a one piece craftable armor set though when it comes to crafting people could create the cape, chains, gauntlets etc and the powers of spawn could be either bought as spell tomes or be found in places such as the college of winterhold or belethors shop in whiterun. also itd be nice to have multi armor sets for like medieval spawn, curse of the spawn, mortal kombat version, classic spawn look , movie themed look, etc (you get the drift). but yeah if someone could make a mod like this that would be awesome
