Mod fix/update request: Placeable NPCs

I would like to request someone fix the Placeable NPCs mod by bradenm650. I've tested the mod and it technically works, but it removes some DLC workshop menus since it edits the vanilla formlists and (like many great mods) wasn't maintained. If someone could modify the mod removing these violations and make a script to inject the needed lists and such (no, I don't know much about modding Fallout 4) I would be very grateful. As would many others, I assume, since the mod was actually rather nifty for adding security (including Super Mutants) to your settlement without counting towards your settlement limits.

Tried that before posting this. Followed the instructions exactly. Crafted the chems at the workstation, took them, saved, disabled the mod, then tried again. Didn't work at all, sadly. The Raiders tab is still missing so long as the Placeable NPCs mod is installed. Currently I have Placeable NPCs disabled so I can keep my Raiders workshop tab, but it'd be really nice to find a way to fix it. I've been poking at it in FO4Edit but so far haven't found a solution.
