skyrim problem

i dont know if it is a bug , but i have activate a lot of mods and
they work , but when i gonna to enter in a house it keeps in the loading screen and it stays in that loading
screen

please help

Try running Boss to sort out your load order.

Maybe caused by certain ini tweaks? I think the Open Cities Skyrim page has a link.
