uberlux
im working on the new vegas geck, and in the player home i am making, ive added a custom casino. It uses sierra madre chips as currency. If someone could please write the script for a terminal entry that acts as a cashier. Basically, this needs to: - Have 3 options avaliable for 1 chip, 100 chips and 1000 chips. These are bought with pre-war money value ratio 1:1. EDIT: this uses sierra madre chips by the way, but you can mark it as [chip] and ill fix it. - an option that 'redeems' the chips, so like cashing in, this will give player the same pre war bills amount, for the amount of chips they have, remember to remove the chips upon this action. If you have any issues such as needing ID's or values relevant to my geck or mod, then please mark it in [ - ] so i can edit it myself. For example, if my mods prewar bills were unique, hypothetically, then: .additem[pre war bills goes here] Sorry i need to make a request like this, and honestly ill be lucky if i get a reply, thanks to anyone who does in advance! I'm learning how to script, but its slow. I'll give credit to this person upon me uploading the mod. IMPORTANT: Dont worry fellas, i decided ill be making a crafting system to use with sierra madre vending machines to act as a cashier for me! (clever!) Just kidding! Ill keep this thread up? maybe this might (somehow) be useful for someone else... Cheers folks,- Angus Edited May 29, 2013 by uberlux
senterpat
Take a look at the hd Chem lab script, or any message that uses buttons. (repair elevator in bison Steve) then just modify the buttons to do what you want.
uberlux
I actually made an alternative, by creating a crafting station terminal, which has a menu of all different exchange techniques. Such as turning chips to gold bars, or into pre war bills etc.
