Fallout 3 keeps freezing what am I missing?

Ok so basically I am just trying to get 20th century mods to work, but perhaps I have some things on here that I don't need.

 

I will list all the files in my FOMM. Could somebody please tell me what order to put these in I tried to follow the guideline in the 20th century description, but I guess it's out of date or I am missing something. I have more files than in the description.

for starters,

  • 20th Century Weapons -Plus- Reborn FWE-WMK-Calibr14_V1_50RC_18668.esp
    20th Century Weapons -Plus- Reborn v1_50RC-18668-ALIVE (TEST Container).esp

Go at the bottom, not up inside with esm files.
#2. I have not see this before except with the fallout reborn mod, so if the header states it requires that mod, where is it?
#3. fom has an auto sort boss type of load order tool built in. please use it. If it still does not sort them, the update template needs to be updated. Click the help item in the top of fomm's UI, and update the template only. wait, it will eventually update it's guide. if it crashes, "FOMM", no worry. and update fix is available in my signature, simple extract that and copy and paste over the existing foms files. this will fix the fomm. bug "crash on update and it won't crash any more.
there are other things too here that need attention, but 1rst things first.

  • Mart's Mutant Mod - FOOK2.esp
    Mart's Mutant Mod - FOOK2 - DIK.esp

No FOOK2 installed, and besides, most of these mos are integrated in that. so these here would be redundant.
