A Useful Mod?

Well, after about a week of tinkering with other people's mods and making many many mistakes I've finally got a pretty good hold on the editor. I was hoping some of you veterans could give me a little input on my first offering. It's nothing groundbreaking or anything. It's simply a book, but it has info that I feel many people would like to have ingame. It's about 36 pages long and includes all the Master Trainer locations as well as the Enchantment Point max for every single enchantable item in the game. I hope to add more to it and ideas would be nice. Perhaps all spell locations? Anyway, I currently have it in the Seyda Neen shop behind the counter for $1000. After looking through various websites I now realize that this isn't good because lots of people choose that location for mods. What would be a good place to put this that wouldn't put out superior mods? Should I just include it as a modder's resource and let people do what they wish with it, or can you even do that with books? Also, do you think that this would even be something people would want? I know some people are going to call it a cheat, and that others already have the info memorized, but I'm hoping that somewhere in between those two extremes people will think it's pretty damn handy. I see it being very useful for people like myself who have already played the game for several hundred hours. Ok, I'm starting to blab a bit. If anyone has any input please share. ^_^

Maybe you could have some sort of quest about it, like if you any good at scripting (im hopeless) say when you go to sleep for the first time with the mod enabled, after you wake up you find a note in your inventory, then you go around asking various trainers and booksellers trying to locate the book, then say it was originally in joshiba's (in vivec) but it was stolen, and you have to go looking for that person :)
