SirMagus
I'm sorry, but you'll have to write more than that if you want someone to get interested in making a big mod like that. New landscape; 7 isles. That's quite a lot, then to add the houses, npcs, story, and everything...
Vagrant0
You seem to be rather mistaken on the idea of modding, particularly when dealing with large mods. First off, you don't need a 3d modeling program to make new lands, this is all handled in the CS. You only need something like 3dsmax or blender if you want to have buildings or other features which are unique to that project. Typically, for every new model that the project needs, you need to add a week to the time it would take to complete the mod. This figure is not precise since not all models are of the same detail, but when all is said and done, this about accurate since you are often talking about dozens of models. Second, for large projects, like this, if you aren't actually working on the project, creating content, it isn't going to happen. While coordinating and planning a large mod is still a time consuming and important part of the project, almost nothing will be done unless you are willing and able to do it yourself. Essentially, nobody other than yourself will make your mod for you. You may get some who are willing to help, but they will often not have the experience, knowledge, or skills to work on anything more than a small portion of the mod. It's fairly easy to just sit back and dream up some sort of mod, it's rather difficult to actually make a mod that even comes close to that dream. Third, time should be considered. All large mods can take months or even years to complete depending on how many new areas, how many models, how much scripting, and how many quests you want. Even without quests or new models, a mod like yours would likely require a fairly skilled team of 5-8 people and several months of constant work. Since constant work usually only lasts a month or so, even for well planned mods, although it may only take 5 months of work, it might take a whole year once all is said and done... And that's without new models or quests. That is also working on the assumption that each island is fairly small in size and contains little other than a few houses and buildings. If you were wanting to make something like 7 SI sized worldspaces, we would be talking in the ballpark of several years, not months... Just for the exterior work.
