Skyrim hand on loading screen after tutorial

The title says much of it I made the tutorial up to the point of leaving the cave to go back to Helgen. I have tried 3 times and hangs on each time, the screen keep feeding me new info but when I ctrl+alt+del it says not responding... I did wait a good 5minutes before my first ctrl+alt+del...

 

I haven't modded a bethesda game in a good while and most of it I did with NMM and repopulate the masterlist by BOSS, than lauching with latest SKSE.

PS: Any suggestion that would make this game better is welcome too... like I said I'm back to skyrim after my first game when the game is released .. so I am not up to date to every goodies around. ;)
