If you complete the Imperial Legion and Mages Guild quests you get to duel in the arena (or you can). Otherwise you get to watch one duel on a House Redoran quest. I think that's about all of it. Telekinesis, from the Greek Tele 'far', kinesis 'movement'. It enables you to manipulate objects at a distance. You can open locks while hiding behind a pillar, steal things, ditto. If you levitate and use telekinesis to steal objects you usually get away without being seen (not always), helpful with several Thieves Guild quests.
