Fast Travel Broken

Greetings all! 'K, I have spent the last 2 days reading posts on various forums ref: Broken fast travel and have not been able to solve my problem...SO.....

 

Everything was fine untill I installed Better Cities, but did not really like how crowded it made the cities...It's a great mod, just not for me, so I unchecked all of the esp's in OBMM. I installed Better Roads & Bridges also but unchecked those esp's & tried again....still unable to fast travel

 

Any Ideas, suggestions?
