Crash at Main Menu

I have corrected my load order and condensed my mod list and that fixed the issues....

 

 

 

So I have tried everything I can think of to fix my issue....

Here's what I've tried first off this morning I could get into the game and create my character but I couldn't get the vigor tester to respond to me at all it just wouldn't work I searched for some info on the problem and found out the problem with the vigor tester not working was caused by a cleanup mod I had installed so I removed the mod, then rebuilt my bashed patch and got back into the game to try again (I started a new game did not load a save), so after making the character again I noticed doc Mitchell was now sitting in the air next to his chair so i exited the game and did some searching to a cause of the problem well I couldn't find a specific fix so I started removing mods I had newly added last night (Mission Mojave Ultimate Edition) this still did not alleviate the problem and instead started the games opening menu not to wok .

So now the problem is I have no main menu so I cant do anything at all.... I've even went so far as to mess with the UI/Hud mods I have installed and still cant get the Main menu to work so short of uninstalling and re-installing the game I decided to post my problem here and see if I can get some community input.....

 

I use FOMM to activate the Archive Invalidated validated, I use NMM to install and uninstall my mods, I use Wrye Flash to launch the game, I have NVSE3 Beta2 installed, I have FNVEdit with master restore/update, version 1.4.0.525 of the Game with all DLCs, I also sort the mods with BOSS and here's my load order:

Edit 1: so after some google fu I came across this post http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/comment/2530#comment-2530 and decided to try and delete the My Games\Fallout NV and see if it helped..... It didn't..... as for the corrupted install of darnUI I've tried to re-install it also still nothing....
