CTD no matter what I do

I am getting CTD's no matter what I do. Generally, it allows me to load a game, fast travel once, save once, enter/exit an interior once, and then I CTD anytime I do any of those again.

I have tried clean saves, one by one mod removals, starting new games, loading games with absolutely no mods, with LIVE, without LIVE, and almost every combination of the above imaginable. Still no luck.

I am really hoping I can fix this without having to resort to a complete uninstall and reinstall, thereby losing my 300+ hours of gameplay, and the several in-progress mods I am testing for different people. I have been using FO3 basically everyday since it came out, and this problem started early yesterday, and this is the first time this has been a persistent, no exception problem.

Any help at all would be appreciated.
