How does Fallout 4 engine work?

I wish this community would be more like the AutoCAD/LiSP community. I understand there is usually a lot of time involved to get things done,

Well, AutoCAD is a "tool" (software) that can be used to design stuff, that is the purpose of that software.

It is a serious professional design software.

The CK is "just for modding games" ...

Imho, that only makes it worse / stranger.

Working with acad is part of my job, as it is for most people on the forums, but not all and not always. A lot are using it like people out here use 3D Studio, a similar program from the same developer. (I even tried to use it for 3D modeling, but the file export options are lacking support for the proper formats)

The professional; part actually makes it a bit more tricky, as there are those who try to abuse the community to do their work. Requesting complex programs which will save them a lot of time and therefor money. While the one writing the autolisp script is just investing his free time (or his own boss' :P ). Those who help do it for free, out of love for working on projects to make acad do anything, the satisfaction when you get it done and the gratitude from those you just helped along with their problems or knowledge. But always vigilant not to be abused, for somebody else's profit.

Such financial dilemma isn't present here. Non of us has a job to do, nobody gets paid for working on their mod (donations aside), we all just do it out of love for fallout, modding, and the thrill of getting things done.

So, I would expect people to be even less reluctant to help each other here, but alas ...

I am not against cooperation. But I don't know what exactly. I don't know much. Can model and animate meshes. I know the outfit studio very well. I can rig custom meshes and skinning them manually, I can assemble skeletons, although I hate the fo4 skeleton and don't even want to get involved with its animation. I think both the skeleton and the havok - two pieces of s#*!. I hate scripts and don't know ck well because I haven't played Bethesda games before. Papyrus is an incomprehensible madness for me. There are plans to create various animated furniture and vehicles.
