skyrim's weapons randomly changing damage value every time in batt

Ok I am having a very annoying problem when I play skyrim because when I fight anything or even when just sometimes walking around the weapons in the game or in my inventory will change there damage for example like the Wuuthrad will like change from doing 111 damage to like doing 49 damage and then go back up to doing 111 damage and this happens with all the weapons they will all have high damage and then change to doing low damage and i think that it is skyre proccer patch and i think it is also balbor and steelsouls skyRe Reproccer Project. Is there a way to stop this so it stays at doing the real damage it is sopposed to do when playing with the mods.
