UnholyShadow Posted February 5, 2009 Posted February 5, 2009 Mine is probably Civilization, but I actually like all of the music in the game, I'm quite a connoisseur of old/odd music :P
frankc Posted February 6, 2009 Posted February 6, 2009 If you love the music I suggest you get the GNR "more where that came from" pack http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1418 It meshes so well I mostly can't remember which songs are original and which came from the pack - with the notable (and awesome) exception of a bit of WW2 propaganda music.
GETbacon Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 mine would be "he's hacking he's whacking he's slacking chop'n that meat...(trumpit solo)" not shure what it's called thou

Aye, I just recently added that mod and love it. I already had 40 more from the 40's (which unfortunately seems to have been taken down) so now I have tons of songs playing. :) Cheers.
voodoojedizin Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 I have a question why do people start these threads, what's your favorite? I don't really care for any of the music in fallout, that's why I downloaded the civil defense radio station mod best songs for the game to be found. And for the rest I added my own music some great fifties and sixties tunes.
UnholyShadow Posted February 7, 2009 Author Posted February 7, 2009 People are often curious to know the preferences of other people, that's all. What kind of music from the 50's and 60's did you add?
Hirman Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 its funny that when I watch wall-e and hear "put on your sunday clothes" i think of fallout 3.lol. its not in the game, but it fits perfectly!
Skotte Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 its funny that when I watch wall-e and hear "put on your sunday clothes" i think of fallout 3.lol. its not in the game, but it fits perfectly! I thought I was the only one who thought that. on topic: the songs are all good but "let's go sunning" would be my pick.
BadlyDrawnRhino Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 I love Maybe by the Ink Spots. Have ever since I finished Fallout 1. I do also like the one GETbacon mentioned. Unfortunately I don't listen to the radio in game too often. I much prefer wandering the wastes without it, and unfortunately there's not many songs that play. Also, it sort of kills the immersion, since I find it hard to believe that the only songs that survived the apocalypse were from the 20s to the 50s.
Hirman Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 you do know that there is an underground archive that holds the worlds rarest items and government kept secrets in a mountain? in case the world were to end or something no one should see. it was on the discovery channel. anyway it held rare vintage records and music collectables. so maybe the only surviving music was found there. "i dont want to set the world on fire" is ironic if it survived the world being on fire. lol
