Armored Dragons

Hello, Nexus forums! I'm fairly new to the posting aspect on here, so forgive me if I'm somehow doing something wrong. I originally just made an account here so I could get my hands on mods that were NMM only, anyhow. Hence the ridiculous screen-name I thought of on a whim. If you can, just call me Rave. I'm no modder, so don't be expecting much else from me here.

Anyway, enough talk, let's get down to business:

After installing the Armored Odahviing - Odahviing Reborn mod by Loshirai14,
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27949/ , and being overall impressed by the results, I had a crazy thought that would probably get me thrown into an insane asylum if I thought too much about it:

What if there was armor for the rest of the dragons?

The armor would depend on your level, as well as the type of dragon. For example, a regular Dragon would have Iron Armor, a Blood Dragon would have Steel or Dwarven Armor, an Elder Dragon would have Ebony Armor, and an Ancient Dragon would have Daedric Armor.

For those who have DLCs:

DAWNGUARD:
Revered Dragons would have Ebony Armor and Legendary Dragons would have Daedric Armor.

DRAGONBORN:
Serpentine Dragons would have Ancient Nord or possibly Dwarven Armor.

Also, dragons such as Odahviing, Paarthurnax, Alduin, and possibly Durnehviir and Sahrotaar would get their own unique armors.

Of course, the mod files would be separated depending on whether you had the DLCs or not.

The armor would boost the dragon's health and possibly add physical enhancements to make the dragon itself harder to fight, for example: If the dragon has armor with a spiked tail at the end, attacks done with the tail will deal more damage than usual. Again, the damage will depend on the type of armor the dragon is equipped with and where physical enhancements are located.

Now, unless this mod has already been created or is already an idea posted here....then, well, there was little point to this thread, so I apologize for the unnecessary thread, in that case.

This. While it's slightly bending the lore a bit to have dragons wearing armor, the sheer badassery of the idea, and the thought of how amazing the results could look have me backing this idea 100%
