Can't open a particular ESP file

Hi, like the title says, I can't open a specific ESP. Every time I try it, an error windows pops which says:

 

 

runtime error,

 

this aplication has requested the runtime to terminate it in a inusual way.

Please contac the aplication's support.

 

This only happens when I try to open a particular ESP file after I've deleted one of his parent masters in the parent masters tab.
