CTD's before combat

I've been trying really hard recently to figure out what mod if any is causing me to ctd before getting into combat and also just one or two random ctd's. I am looking for help from because my own troubleshooting of this issue has not worked so far.

the crashes didnt happen during the first 7 or so hours of gameplay and now im about 15 hours in.
I have tried disabling duel and ace and brawl bugs while keeping the other mods installed but still ended up getting the ctds so maybe it has to do with morrowloot and other leveled list changes??
