Fallout 3 freezes after clicking the "done" button in the level-up menu

Fallout 3 GOTY Edition freezes after clicking the "done" button in the level up menu on Windows 10. So after I finished the main quest "Waters of life" the level up notification appeared on my screen and the game immediately brought up the level-up menu just as expected, afterwards I modified my preferred skills and picked my preferred perk. After I was satisfied with my stats I then clicked the "done" button. However the game unexpectedly freezed and the music cut-off shortly but the ambient sounds remained. I was about to level-up from level 19 to level 20 and the only mods I have in my game are performance optimization mods which are : Intel HD graphics Bypass package, Games for Windows LIVE Disabler and https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/21888/. All three of them are from Nexus mods.

 

Anyways here's my load order:

 

• Fallout3.esm

• Anchorage.esm

• ThePitt.esm

• BrokenSteel.esm

• PointLookout.esm

• Zeta.esm

 

Any kind of help is heavily appreciated as asking around the internet may be my last hope and sorry if what I said above is unclear, vague or confusing and feel free to ask questions.
