Constant Instability (Random Clean CTDs and Freezups)

1) Cleaning: download TES5Edit from the link in your BOSS log, follow the instructions on that page, and clean the plugins flagged by BOSS as containing 'dirty edits' (including the patch esm and the DLCs). You will need to remove identical to master entries as well as undelete/disable deleted references.

2) Go through the BOSS log and look for any error messages such as this:

Briar'sEndCourierQuest.esp Active
* Warning: This file contains 3 deleted NavMesh records that TES5Edit cannot repair automatically and it may cause problems with your game. NavMesh deletions should be reported to the mod author. A guide to repairing NavMesh deletions with TES5Edit ("http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25859") is located here ("http://www.iguanadon...S5Edit-511.html").

I am not familiar with this mod, but it's generally a bad idea for a mod to delete default game navmesh. I would recommend uninstall this mod since navmesh errors can cause CTDs.

3) Rogue mods: mods not recognized by BOSS go to the bottom of the load order every time you run BOSS. If they contain conflicting records with other plugins in your load order, they will override those records. Ideally, you should load all of your plugins in TES5Edit to check and see if the unrecognized plugins contain any conflicting records. If not, then they can be safely loaded anywhere in the load order above your compatibility patches. If they do contain conflicting records, you'll need to decided, based on which records are conflicting, where the unrecognized plugins should load in order to best optimize the stability of the load order. You can also go by the mod author's recommendations if they made any. Alternatively, you can uninstall them so you don't have to deal with the aggravation. Since they are not recognized by BOSS and the BOSS database currently have no information on them, they could contain 'dirty edits', error records, delete default game navmesh, or anything, and you wouldn't know unless you can read their records in TES5Edit.

4) Speaking of 'compatibility patches', this is unrelated to your CTDs and freezes. But since you are using a number of 'give more stuff to NPCs' mods (e.g. immersive armor, cloaks of skyrim, immersive weapons, etc.), you will need to use Wrye Bash to generate a Bashed Patch that will automatically merge the conflicting leveled lists edits from those mods.

5) Did you make any edits to skyrimpref.ini? If you didn't there's no need to post it. But if you did...

Thanks.

I've no idea how to use Wyre Bash - I saw it for Oblivion and I was like "too techy for me".

It's not rocket science. There are video tutorials and you can always ask questions here. If you can figure out how to run BOSS, use TES5Edit to clean plugins, you will be able to learn how to make a Bashed Patch in a cinch.
