aaasssdddwww
Hello, I have created new heavy mod list for a new gameplay and for the first time I broke 255 plugins limitation so i was forced to use plugin merging. I watched and read number of guides and I think I got it all right, however there are few things I still don't understand completely and I prefer to have clue what I'm actually doing so I would appreciate if someone could answer this few questions for me. 1) I used Merge plugin standalone and created 2 merges, one with weapons, armors and clothes and other with simple followers. None of this mods had scripts, mcm menu, conflict or patch. I understand I can place those merges anywhere in load order as they affect nothing. However, I'm at 252 plugins still so I was thinking about making another merge with Legacy of the Dragonborn patches. I was loosely following SRLE Extended guide and even they suggest doing it. Thing is those patches have scripts. I have installed all things necessary for scrip decompiling per SRLE instructions and created merge without problem. What I don't understand is where to put that LegacyMerge.esp and how it effects rest of load order. 7 of those patches after being sorted by LOOT where everywhere between 40th and 172th place on load order and now when I have one esp where should it go? Same place where last patch was or somewhere else? Also, in order to create merge, Mator's app requires to put all plugins for merging at the bottom of load order. So once merge is created how will this affect rest of load order? If I place it where last patch was will they all act and rewrite edits from that spot or bottom where they were placed before merge itself or something else? I can't figure out how that works. 2) When creating bash patch I first get list of mods that should be turned off before making bash patch. So I turned them off. In next step I get option to merge those mods into bash patch. If I don't want to merge them into bash patch (I will uncheck merge patches box on list of things to be built into bash patch) do I still need to turn them off in first step and rebuild patch without them or skip turning them off and leave them active for patch rebuild? I understand this serve the purpose off easing off plugin number but I have several reason why I don't want to do it. What I don't understand is, does Wyre Bash requires of me to turn them off because they should not be included or only because he wants to bake them into bash patch. 3) I know that I should evade adding mods in the middle of gameplay but I have one mod that actually requires it. Lakeview extended that adds some buildings around Lakeview Manor. Mod should be added after lakeview manor is fully built. I also use Lakeview as it should be that changes internal cells of manor. Those 2 mods are compatible but I must put Lakeview extended before 2 esp of Lakeview as it should be. In order to reduce changing mod order I have placed 2 esp plugins of Lakeview as it should be at the very bottom of load order (only mods bellow it are DynDOLOD.esp, BashPatch and dual sheath redux generated files) and checked for conflicts with Tes5Edit. As far as my limited knowledge of it can tell there should be no problem with them at the bottom. Question is, when I get to phase where I have build Lakeview manor and want to add Lakeview extended is it safe to add it? That will change number on priorty only of 2 esps of Lakeview as it should be and DynDOLOD/Bash/DualSheath. I will of course rebuild bash patch but I have no clue is that safe or should I just scrap that mod. Also, since Lakeview Extended will add new object to landscape I should also rebuild DynDOLOD. If I got it right I should then move to internal cell, deactivate current DynDOLOD.esp, go back in, resave, turn off orphan scripts in save game and add newly generated DynDOLOD.esp. Is that correct or unnecessary and simply generating new DynDOLOD will be enough? Because honestly if all that is needed I'll just leave without seeing Lakeview from afar. :D Sorry for block of text I just tried to add all relevant info for my questions. Thanks in advance. :)
