Infinite loading screen Castle Stonespire Problems

I have moved into a new home http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27125/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D27125%26preview%3D&pUp=1 Castle Stonespire and I usually always get an infinite loading screen to the catacombs or to the west wing mostly the catacombs. The infinite loading screen went for about a day and then came back when I re installed everything to try and fix the other bugs. Also the torches outside the castle are broken. Whenever I remove them the light source goes but the torches remain still burning this didn't always happen. As well as this in the main hall of the castle There Is lighting errors on the back wall/pilled. The pillar is very dark until I get close then It seems to revive light but when I move back Again It goes dark. Is there anyway to rebuild the lighting in a cell with console? This didn't always happen as well. Also Is there any way to stop Items from being flung around. I have tried the fix where going in and out of the house only works until I quit and start up the save again. I have tried uninstalling and re installing all my mods to fix these problems but It didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
