RedDaemonFox Posted June 5, 2013 Share Posted June 5, 2013 I noticed a long time ago that the jarls I kicked out (I joined stormcloaks) went to the thalmor headquarters, instead of the basement of the Blue Palace. That said, I cannot complete the "Whispering Door" quest as a result or interact with any Jarls as they tell me "you're not supposed to be in here" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
