Red Dead Redemption 2: Longer Days Mod Question

Hi, i just installed the longer days mod for RDR2. I have no experience with mods, so i want to ask if i am doinf it right and what the options mean:

 

I press F5 and i see the Native Trainer (AB) menu top left

When i choose time i see:

Hour forward

HR backward

Clock Paused

Clock Real

Sync with System

 

 

I thought there is an option you can slow down the time like 2x, 3x, 5x, etc.

Instead changing the time to REAL only slows the ingame time down to....? real time?

And what means Sync with System?

 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
