Game freezing mainly mid-fight and on save

I am playing a fairly modded version of skyrim and am experiencing quite regular game freezes (where I need to force close the program via task manager). Not really getting any CTD (i've only had a handful this entire playthrough, and i'm level 31 so its been going a while). I've run BOSS and am getting no error messages, I've cleaned 2 or 3 of the mods it told me to since they had absurd numbers of ITM and UDR (50-70 and 15-20, respectively). I've also made sure to re-run my bashed patch, as well as my ASIS patcher. Here is my load order...

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated.

End Note: I also have an fps counter and I'm getting a steady 45-60 (depending on how many enemies I'm fighting), and I've made some .ini tweaks to allow for multicore processing and "bUseThreaded" things following a guide posted on this site.
