Right now the game wants me to do the Collectors ship mission which I don't wish to do right now. I think it's because I been doing side quests. I haven't built my team yet. After the Collectors ship mission there is another one where you get an IFF, I won't spoil anything but make sure you've done all your side quests, recruitment missions and loyalty missions before getting the IFF.
